The BodyKore 4 station jungle gym is multi-dimensional strength training. The stations include a lat pull down, seated row, adjustable cable arm and tricep station. Each station is equipped with 220lb weight stack and the cable attachment used in the station. This machine is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000lbs.
