The Elite Series Standing T-Bar Row has a built-in chest support so the user can perform heavy T-bar pulls without putting much strain on their lower back. The multiple grip settings allow the users to target the inner and outer lats and build bulk with heavy loads. This T-Bar Row is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000lbs.
