The CF2104 Adjustable Hyper Extension Roman Chair has 5 adjustable angles to target different areas in your lower back/glutes and hamstrings. It is built to withstand the rigors of a high-traffic workout facility while also maintaining a small enough footprint for smaller studios or homes. A four-point base eliminates any rocking that can occur during workouts make moving the bench a breeze. Foam rollers also ensure your legs stay steady throughout the exercises, allowing for better development of the intended muscles. This bench is commercial grade and rated to hold over 1000lbs.
