The Universal Trainer is constructed of heavy gauge rolled steel tubing, high quality cables and pulleys, 2x 220lb Steel Stack Weight Plate sets and a counter balanced bar for the Smith Machine. By the limitless exercise options and movements, this machine pushes you to achieve your fitness goals and see real results. The high-quality cables and pulleys allow you to complete your exercises smoothly. The counter balanced bar for the Smith Machine, lets you accurately control how much weight you want to train with. This weight system gives you a wide range of weight choices for diverse sets of exercises. All your workouts can be done with ease and in the comfort of your home by this one machine. After 9 months of owning this machine, nothing beats it. The machine has the same quality of a commercial gym and is definitely worth the money. I love the "Smith machine" bench as well as the "free weight" bench press station. I bought the incline/decline bench as well as the leg machine attachment. This is a complete gym that will work every muscle and it will still be useable 40 years from now.

After a full year utilizing the Universal Trainer in my personal training studio, I’d be hard pressed to stop praising it. It’s met the needs of clients in their teens all the way to those in their 80’s. The versatility is only limited by your creativity! - No, this plate is specially made for the Universal Trainer
- The smith machine is a completely separate system than the pulley system. It is a linear bearing counter balanced system and uses olympic weights for resistance.
- Orders ship out of our California warehouse so freight times usually are within 3-14 days.
- The item is in stock in our California warehouse unless stated Out of Stock .
- Both units are full commercial grade units with 220lb dual pulley systems. The main difference is the Universal Trainer has a counter balanced smith machine integrated and also a vertical leg press that attaches to the smith bar.
