Sunset View

Located in the hills of West Hollywood, the Wittekind Estate sits directly over the infamous Sunset Blvd.  The 3 storied residence had a patio with a beautiful view of Los Angeles so Mr. Wittekind asked us to build a gym he can use while enjoying the view.  The patio measured 8’x20’ and roughly 94” high.  Considering the space constraints, we recommended the Universal Trainer Package which includes the MX1162 Universal Trainer, MX1163 FID Bench, 300lb Weight Set and 5-50lb Dumbbell Set.  The unit was a tight fit, but we were able to fit everything nicely and leave enough room to leave a lounge sofa as well.
