The Mancini’s wanted to convert a spare room into their home gym so they asked us to help design a setup that’ll work for their training goals. Mr. Mancini was into heavy lifting and needed a smith machine with free weights. Mrs. Mancini enjoyed resistance training with some HIIT and a machine for cardio.
