Designed by Torrey Vaughns, the patented Ab Slider machine is a innovative ab bench that’s designed to target your lower abs. The user sits reclined on the ab bench then uses their legs to lift the weighted carriage up and down the sliding rail. The Ab Slider is constructed of heavy guage rolled steel tubing with 10 seat adjustment points for various user heights. The sliding carriage can be loaded with up to (5) 45lb Olympic Plates. This bench will target the lower abs and help tone the belly.
