DESCRIPTION
The BodyKore Selectorized Abdominal Crunch machine is a commercial ab building machine. The pivoting arms allows the user to get a full extension and engage all of their abdomnal muscles during the exercise. The moving arm has 6 adjustment points so users of all heights can use the machine. The stack weight is easily accessible from the seated position so the user can increase/decrease weights conveniently between reps. The machine comes with a 220lb weight stack that is upgradeable to 340lbs.
